Appointments

pregnant_lady_consultingPlease make a separate appointment for each person.  Appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals - if you wish to discuss more than one problem you may be requested to make a further appointment. Appointments for our Practice Nurses may be booked in advance.  If you are unable to attend an appointment please let us know as soon as possible. 

Morning appointments

The majority of these are made on the day you wish to be seen. We have a few pre-bookable appointments available in the morning from 07:00 designed to cater for the working person.

Please telephone between 8.30 am and 10.30 am.  However, for continuity of care please ask for an appointment on the day when your usual GP is in surgery.

Appointments to see the doctor are made on the day you wish to be seen.

Afternoon appointments

The majority of afternoon appointments are pre-bookable (up to one week in advance). The availability of pre-bookable appointments is dependent upon the number of doctors on duty that day.

Urgent appointments

Urgent cases will be seen as soon as possible, please be considerate if someone needs to be given priority.  Appointments may be made in person or over the telephone.  

Web Based consultations

Please use the link on the home page for a web based consultation. Link on the front home page- e-consult. You will receive a response within 48 hours - If urgent please still contact the surgery.

Online booking

Appointments can now be booked online. if you wish to use the online booking through this website please visit the surgery with ID to be given your log in details. Alternatively you can register for the NHS app and use this.

Our Reception Staff

Our team of receptionists and office staff will be available to help you at all times.  They may assist you in deciding upon the most appropriate professional for you to see or contact.

Parking

There is patient parking at the front of the surgery premises, including a space for disabled parking.  There is also a ramp for wheelchair and pram access.
