POLITE NOTICE
Hill Barton Surgery as well as surgeries across the country is still experiencing unprecedented levels of patient demand. Whilst this was largely expected as a side effect of the lockdown , restrictions being lifted and the constraints that were put upon us it has meant that we have had to manage patient demand differently to be able to deal with the volume of contacts on a daily basis. We continue to offer face to face appointments where clinically needed and the GPs are telephone triaging more patients on a daily basis in order to deal with the demand, but unfortunately you may have to wait longer for routine appointments. The staff can only offer an appointment where there is time available.
We thank patients for patience and understanding the extreme pressure that all of our staff have and are still currently under.
Thank you for reading this notice.
